SYNOPSIS
Christelle, the daughter of OLA, an un employed man, and SENA, an accountant, grew up in a household marked by domestic violence where her mother physically and verbally abused her father. Powerless in the face of this situation, she tries in vain to put an end to it. One night, a tragic event turns her life upside down and plunges her into deep unease. Having become a shadow of her former self, Christelle finally decides to confide in her best friend, Anita.
BIOFILMOGRAPHY
Kate DJIWAN began her film career in 2021 at the Institut Supérieur des Métiers de l’Audiovisuel in Benin. In 2022, she directed Classe Verte, a short film produced as part of a European Union competition on the environment. In 2024, she completed her degree in Film and Television Directing with Silent Victim, a 13-minute short film addressing the theme of domestic violence and its psychological repercussionsenne sur l’environnement. En 2024, Kate soutient sa licence en réalisation Cinéma et Télévision avec un court métrage de 13 mn intitulé VICTIME SILENCIEUSE.
