SYNOPSIS
Samba, a young boy, dreams of escaping the hunting life imposed by his older brother and becoming a bird, free to fly wherever he wishes. When his wish is granted by a mysterious goddess, his tragic flight takes an unexpected turn.
BIOFILMOGRAPHY
A screenwriter, editor, and director, Armel POUYA discovered the 7th art when he joined ISIS-SE, where he studied from 2018 to 2021. He produced his first short film, Les Yeux Ouverts, in 2022, which was nominated for the African Film Schools Award at FESPACO 2023. He currently works at Majeek Entreprises, an audiovisual production company.
