SYNOPSIS:
Odile, a 39-year-old woman living in Ouagadougou with her six children from different fathers, has suffered from obstetric fistula for 20 years. She learns that she can be treated for free with the support of the Burkinabé government. Her dilemma, however, is finding someone to take care of her children during the potentially lengthy treatment process.

Born on October 11, 1976, Sékou Oumar SIDIBE holds a Master’s degree in Documentary Production/Directing from Gaston Berger University in Senegal and an Engineering degree in Cinema from the Institut Supérieur de l’Image et du Son (ISIS-SE). He is a director and producer of several films, including FOUROUKONO DE (2024), YAND BAANGA (2024), and NINYAALGA (2022).
