SYNOPSIS:
Kigali, June 2020. It has been a few days since Phiona returned from Madrid—a metaphorical city where she was cut off from the outside world for three years. After a day filled with friendly conversations with her cousin Yves, their discussion takes a critical turn regarding the decisions that led Phiona to go to Madrid. Their friendship is put to the test.
BIOFILMOGRAPHY:
Mutiganda wa Nkunda is a Rwandan filmmaker. In 2014, he wrote, produced, and directed his first short film, Rayila. In 2015, he produced the short film Ishaba during a filmmaking workshop at the Mashariki African Film Festival. His first feature film, Nameless, was selected for the official competition at FESPACO 2021 and won the award for Best Screenplay.
