SYNOPSIS
Déla Otimi, a market vendor at Mikoko, constantly complains to her husband, Apollinaire, the Mayor of the Commune, about the severe water infiltration problems affecting the market during the rainy season. He reassures her that the market will finally be renovated, a decision that delights both Déla and the Market Vendors’ Association. However, the mayor has a secret plan: instead of renovating the market, he intends to replace it with a shopping mall.
BIOFILMOGRAPHY
Angela Aquereburu was born in 1977 in Togo. She pursued part of her education in her home country before continuing her studies in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe, her mother’s birthplace. After working in raw material distribution and human resources, she ventured into audiovisual production alongside her husband, Jean-Luc Rabatel. Together, they have created several successful television series.
